I sit and I listen
To all that do enter
While praying in silence
My mind to sleep

I ask and I wonder
How long till it happens
Masking my sickness
To none but myself

Memory fails me
Therefore I see blindly
The task is uncertain
And so is its meaning

Drums

You see it in motion
Past today and tomorrow
But what we don’t notice
Is that its really inside

As I sing this it pauses
To breathe in the spirit
Of treasures around us
The world and its people

So if there is goodness
Please pay us visit
The path is uncertain
Please help to find it
