When in a relationship of close proximity
It is wise to attempt to maintain that balance
Of infrequency
Which made it exciting in the first place

Those unexpected meetings

Early morning coffee runs

Late night study sessions

Couldn’t be seen
Couldn’t be planned
Couldn’t have been more perfect

Keep your close distance
But keep the play and love lively
As if you didn’t have the luxury of such a close distance all the time.

Your actions in regard to her will always speak louder than your words
Therefore,
You must act better than you speak
