qualifying voice

Dylan had no voice. but who does? what determines the clarity or beauty in one’s tone of voice or rhythm of speech? he sure had a message. or many messages to be exact. a voice lies in the message it conveys. the beauty of the voice is qualified in how well its message is expressed. i would think, that Buckley had just as important a message, but he sang it. with melody to articulate his meaning, the emotion became just as real as the words he was saying. i would rather listen to Buckely.
