On Love

When the pesimists say that love doesnt last, I have to disagree. It seems to me that they have never known the true meaning of love. Love isnt purly lust and passion between two people, it is the utmost friendship. I agree that lust does not maintain at the same level at all times. However friendship doesnt fade away on its own. Because of this, love does not fade with time. When quoting an example of a failed love over time, it just proves that they were never in love in the first place. Friendship is the key.
